{.:.Dear Santa.:.}

Good Morning, friends! And Happy Wednesday! Can you believe that Christmas is a mere 2 1/2 weeks away?! I certainly can't! I need to get on my last minute shopping ASAP. :)

Sorry that I've been a bit absent this week. I've had a few things come up, and well, let's just say I've been a bit frazzled. (Even moreso than usual if you can imagine that!) But no need to go into details...

...Because with only 17 shopping days left, it's high time I share a few things that are on my list this year.

So, without further ado, I present Kristin's Christmas Wish List for 2011:

(*Ahem...DGC...are you reading this?!*)

For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted a Burberry Trench. I just think that they are the epitome of fashionable outerwear. I certainly hope this little gabardine number shows up under my tree this year!

(Here's some useless trivia for you: Thomas Burberry actually invented gabardine in 1879. Don't believe me? Well, don't take my word for it...talk to my good friend Wikipedia.)

Moving right along...

If you've met me in real life, then you know that I have an obsession with oversized sunglasses. ESPECIALLY when those glasses justsohappentobe designed by Mr. Tom Ford. I've been toying with the idea of getting some shiny, gold metal frames for quite some time...and I am absolutely obsessed with these!

Next on the list is a new bottle of perfume. I LOVE a distinctive scent, and I've worn Creed's Virgin Island water for years. Unfortunately, my bottle isthisclose to being completely empty! Please bring me a new bottle, Santa!

I absolutely adore my Medium Agenda...but as the end of each year draws near, I find myself needing more pages. It sure would be nice if Santa would bring me more gold-trimmed pages for my planner... I have a feeling 2012 is going to be a busy year!

Who doesn't love the gift of Yurman? I love stacking these candy cables on my arm. I already have a few, but I'm thinking that I need to add a little Peridot to the mix...

I think it's about time that I move up to a larger vehicle. While I love my little IS250, I'm thinking that I need more space and a more "grown up" vehicle. I think that the BMW x6 M will do just the trick!

HAHA. Riiiight. While I do love this amazing driving machine, I don't think that we have an extra $90k lying around...so I've set my sights on something smaller and more affordable: The Range Rover Evoque.

I've loved this beauty since DGC made me watch the Top Gear episode where it was featured. Do you know that Victoria Beckham actually consulted on the interior design of the vehicle? Seriously. Where do I sign up? We went and checked them out at the Range Rover dealership in Brentwood this weekend, and I have to admit that they look much better in person than they do in the photos. Love, love LOVE!

In addition, I'd love a few gift cards to iTunes, Starbucks, Target...the Container Store...Restoration Hardware...you know...the usual! :)

So there you have it, friends! Those are definitely just a few of the things that I am lusting after this year. How about you? Have you set your sights on anything special? I'd love to hear about them!

Happy Wednesday, y'all! Hope it's a great one!

Countdown to Christmas: 18 Days!

Sure hope Santa is good to you this year! And NO joke, I've wanted a Burberry trench for as long as I can remember - twins! Hopefully I'll be getting one before the big move, I'm pretty sure it's a MUST in the UK.

Can't wait to see what you receive:)
